Yoga

Strength, Movement & Breath with Josh

Build strength, increase flexibility, and energize your body through a dynamic sequence of flowing movement. By connecting breath with creative transitions, you’ll challenge your body, focus your mind, and leave feeling refreshed. Options and modifications are offered throughout, making this class accessible to beginners and experienced yogis alike. Please bring your own mat.

Develop practical mindfulness tools you can carry into everyday life. Through guided meditation, breathing exercises, and simple grounding techniques, you’ll learn to manage stress, improve focus, respond more calmly to challenges, and remain present throughout your day. No previous meditation experience is necessary, and all levels are welcome.

MT Dance Styles and Technique 

Learn the Language of Broadway Dance with Jen

Explore the history, influences, and signature work of Broadway’s most iconic choreographers. Through a variety of combinations, you’ll learn to recognize and perform the unique style, details, and essence of each choreographer’s work. Dancers will leave with greater versatility, confidence, and a deeper understanding of musical theatre movement.

Ballet

Build Technique, Musicality & Artistry with Ian and Bethany

Strengthen your ballet foundation and develop greater confidence before beginning consistent fall training. Beginner dancers in Ballet 1–2 will deepen their understanding of classical terminology, proper technique, and musical phrasing. Intermediate and advanced dancers in Ballet 3–4 will explore more complex movement, artistry, and the connection between technique and performance.

Jazz Technique

Strength, Precision & Performance with Jen

Build a stronger connection between mind and body while developing jazz technique, strength, vocabulary, and artistry. You’ll learn how to execute skills with greater control and precision, then bring them to life through musicality, expression, and performance. This open-level class supports dancers who want to move with more confidence and intention.

“You have to earn your LaDucas!” Dancing confidently in heels requires more than attitude—it takes technique. This playful and empowering class focuses on footwork, weight shifts, posture, control, and balance. You’ll learn how to move safely and confidently in heels while developing greater strength, style, and stage presence.
